The complexity was never in one system.
The hospitality platform moved from Amadeus and the iReckon layer towards Apaleo. At the same time, the Azure architecture and parts of the new platform were being built.
Within nine months, 34 hotels across America, Europe, Taiwan and Kuala Lumpur were migrated. The transformation involved 7,837 rooms, 78,294 future reservations and in-house guests, 6,456,909 invoices and 14 teams.
