Privacy statement

In brief

• We only process data you give us yourself, and clients' data for our administration.
• No tracking or analytics cookies, no advertising and no newsletter.
• We do not sell personal data.

1. Who is responsible?

REMVOO, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 59485256, Europalaan-zuid 145, 6021 KK Budel. Contact: remco@remvoo.com.

2. Which data, why and on what basis?

We do not process special categories of personal data and we do not take decisions based on automated processing.

• Contact and introduction: name, email address, telephone number, company, role and your message. Purpose: being able to email or call you to answer your question and prepare an introduction. Basis: legitimate interest and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. The contact form opens an email in your own mail client; we only receive what you send.
• Booking an introduction: once we offer an online booking link, the scheduling service we choose will process your name, email address and chosen time on our behalf to schedule the appointment.
• Clients and administration: name, email address, telephone number, company details and invoicing and payment details. Purpose: performing the agreement, invoicing and administration. Basis: performance of the agreement and legal obligation.
• Website visits: no tracking or analytics cookies and no advertising. Your language choice is stored locally on your device and not sent to us. Our hosting provider may keep technical server logs (such as IP address, time and requested page) for security and operations.

3. Retention

• Administration and invoices: 7 years, in line with the statutory tax retention period.
• Contact requests that do not lead to an assignment: at most 24 months after the last contact.

4. Sharing with third parties

We only share data when necessary to perform our agreement with you or to meet a legal obligation, for example with parties for hosting, email, scheduling and bookkeeping. Where required we agree on a data processing agreement with them.

5. Security

We take appropriate measures against misuse, loss, unauthorised access and unwanted disclosure. The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). If you believe your data is not properly secured or there are signs of misuse, please contact us.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict processing, object, withdraw consent and have your data transferred. Send a request to remco@remvoo.com; we respond as soon as possible and within one month at the latest.

To make sure an access request comes from you, we ask for a copy of your identity document. Please black out your photo, the MRZ (the strip of numbers at the bottom), your document number and your citizen service number (BSN).

A complaint? You can file it with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
